Vision & Values
About
Since graduating from the Glasgow School of Art in 2009, Amy has been working as one of the lead designers and goldsmiths within a busy Glasgow based bespoke workshop. Over the course of 15 years within her role, Amy has gained a wealth of technical experience at the bench, from repairing and remodelling, one off silverware commissions, working with precious stones and primarily designing and hand making fine bespoke jewellery. What Amy loves the most is working closely with clients, working together through the design process to create a piece that is as unique as the wearer. Establishing her own brand in 2022, Amy strives to make fine jewellery that will be loved for a lifetime and looked after for posterity.
Aesthetic
When designing Amy is drawn towards a minimalist aesthetic, finding inspiration in simple forms and lines from both the natural and man made world, Amy is intrigued by the idea of balance and structure which she explores in a smaller scale with her jewellery. Amy looks to create subtle, unexpected features within her designs, creating an overall look that is both contemporary and timeless.
Ethos
We aim to make modern jewellery which is both consciously and purposely made.
Sustainability
As a brand we are focused on only using responsibly sourced materials, we want our clients to be relaxed in the knowledge that each one of our products has been consciously made using recycled gold and silver. Each piece is handmade to order in our own workshop allowing us to be in full control of our processes and also the waste involved, we strive to be as resourceful and as kind to the environment as possible. We only work with reputable UK suppliers.
The best of Craftsmanship
Amy feels passionately about continuing to to use and develop the hand skills and traditional jewellery techniques she has developed since the beginning of her career. As a brand we are also passionate about keeping ourselves informed in the latest advancements in jewellery manufacturing. By marrying modern techniques with traditional skills we feel we can showcase the best in modern fine jewellery.
